She was predeceased by: her parents, William Otha McCarty and Mary Alice Lucas; her son Kevin Holloway; and her brothers, Kenneth McCarty Sr. and Donnie McCarty.
She is survived by: her children, Chad Bishop (Lori) of Tupelo and Nicole Bishop of Tupelo; her sister Charlene Estes of Tuscaloosa; and her close friend Thomas Bluitt of Tupelo. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
