He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Page, Jr. and Janice Kaye Day Page. He is survived by: his wife Tonia Page; his sister Kristi Page Pearce (Brett) of Saltillo; his in-laws, Larry and Billie Cole of Tupelo; and his brothers-in-law, Davey Cole (Rhonda) of Tupelo and Joey Cole (Karen) of Belmont. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
