It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Gatlin (Tupelo, Mississippi), who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Gatlin to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Gatlin and Velma Gatlin; and his sister Elizabeth McClure. He is survived by: his wife Jeffie L. Gatlin; his brother-in-law Logan; and also Sue. He is also survived by his two sons and one daughter.

In lieu of flowers, Richard's family asks that memorials be made to Sanctuary Hospice House, P.O. Box 2177, Tupelo, MS 38803.
