He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leslie Brand Sr. and Teresa Seals Brand; his siblings, Willie Etta Snow and Susie; and his sons, Robert Junior Johnson and Kenneth Robert Brand.
He is survived by: his children, James Curtis Key, David Brand, Rochelle Denise Christian, Shawnette Lynshell Brand-Lawton (Philip) and Larry Dornell Brand. He is also survived by his many children, comes a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Due to the pandemic the graveside service will be private to family only.
