He was predeceased by: his father Rodney Eugene Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Julie Douglas of Tupelo; his daughters, Samantha Douglas (Ethan Welch) of Lewisburg and Courtney Crane (Tim) of Lewisburg; his grandchildren, Luke Sharp, Lucy Welch, Bentley Douglas and Elliot Crane; his sisters, Teresa Douglas of Nixa, Addie Douglas of Nixa and Cindy Douglas of Nixa; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Brewer, Donna Evans and Gary Brewer; and his pets, Sargeant, Grace, Jeff and Manny. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
