He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hall and Eartha Campbell Hall; his brother Frank Hall; and his daughter Miona Jeter. He is survived by: his wife Paula Hall; his daughters, Kim Cook (Brian) of Viper, Kentucky and Carolyn Rice (Brandon) of Viper, Kentucky; his sisters, Carol Hall and Peggy Hall; his grandchildren, Gabby, Maddie, Julie, Gracie, Luke, Ethan, Parish, Dean, Cody, Tijuana, Marlena, Robert and Sierra; his great grandchildren, Austin, Allyson, Chloe, Brooke, Lexie, Alantis, Chevy, Heaven, Bailey, Gage, Madison and Hayden; and his siblings-in-law, Warren and Cynthia Short. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
