He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Theodore Smith and Vlasta Patricia Telecky Smith; and his mother-in-law June H. McMurphy. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne M Smith; his children, Traci Smith Reed (David) of Bradenton, Florida. and Anthony Smith (Diane) of Bradenton, FL; his stepsons, Michael Boone (Ashley) and Matthew Boone of Tupelo, MS.; his grandchildren, Kobus Reed (Makena), Alex Martinez, Julian Smith, Becket Smith, Gavyn Boone, Rhett Boone and Ferris Reed Murphy (Keegan); and his great grandchildren, Maeve Murphy and Emerson Reed.
