She was predeceased by: her parents, Irwin Poston and Nellie Freeman Poston; her son Jeff "Butch" Brasfield; and her grandson Jason Brasfield. She is survived by: her children, Pam Brasfield and Billy Brasfield; her siblings, Ed Poston of Clarksville, TN, Fran Hurt of Greenville, TX and Sue Sexton of Chandler, TX; and her great grandchildren, Justice, Jubei and Jayla Maultsby. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
