She was predeceased by: her parents, George Earnest Ashcraft and Eura Stokes Ashcraft; and her husband Raymond Douglas "Doug" LaPrade. She is survived by: her son Brian Laprade (Christina) of Tupelo. She is also survived by friends and other near relatives.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Sadie Holland Memorial Chapel (5281 Cliff Gookin Blvd, Tupelo, MS 38801). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Natchez Trace Memorial Park (759 US-51, Madison, MS 39110).
