We announce the death of Stephanie Elizabeth Cayson (Tupelo, Mississippi), who passed away on July 11, 2026, at the age of 57. Stephanie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Walter E. Sr., Gloria Phillips, William and Maureen Taylor. She is survived by: her parents, Dr. Walter E. Phillips, Jr. (Teresa) of Ooltewah, TN and Barbara Ann Taylor Benton (Larry) of Tupelo; her husband David Cayson of Tupelo; her children, Alex Cayson (Meg) of Tupelo and Dr. Maggie Cayson Jackson (Forrest) of Mobile, AL; her grandson Everett Russell of Tupelo; and her uncles, William Taylor, Jr. of Guntown and Bryan Phillips of Naples, FL..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Senior Adult Ministry at Calvary Baptist Church.
