He is survived by: his mother Betty Ann Watkins (Moore); his wife Jamie Watkins (Lamb); his sons, William Robert James Watkins III and Henry Alan Tanner Watkins; and his brother Jason Kyle. He is also survived by cousins, uncles, nieces and nephew.
