He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon West and Elizabeth Stephens West. He is survived by: his wife Inez West of Shannon; his children, Elizabeth West of Counce and John Thomas West of Austin, Texas; his grandchildren, Marshall Thomas West and Sarah West of Austin, Texas; and his nephew Chris Rose of Knoxville, Tennessee..
