He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Shannon, Ashley Shannon and Joycea Shannon; and his siblings, Charlene Springer (Howard), Savanna Springer (Pretty Cut), Perlie Mae Miller (Charles), Essie Springer and Charles Springer. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
