He was predeceased by: his parents, Mastin Ellis and Ellen Ellis; his daughter Lesley Malone; his granddaughter Asia Wells; and his sister Barbara Dawson.
He is survived by: his wife Sue McCartney Ellis of Sherman; his children, Susan Parker Graham of Myrtle, Allison Wells of Tupelo and Catherine Jennings (Chad) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Austin Parker, Brayden Parker (Audrey), Gavin Graham, Jordan Malone, Justin Malone (Courteney), Adelyn Wells, Silas Murphy and Ryan Jennings; and his great grandchild Kinsley Parker.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Redeemer Presbyterian Church, 295 N 3rd Ave, Saltillo, MS 38866.
