He was predeceased by: his father Lonnie J. West; his siblings, Edith, Judy, Marilyn, James and Harold; and his mother-in-law Fran Brutcher.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Brutcher of Mantachie; his son Steven West (Jo Ann) of Mantachie; his grandchildren, Kyle West, Brantley West (Bobblehead) and Meghan Hughes; his nieces and nephews, Sharon Smothers, Randy Bolton, Ronnie Bolton and Kimberly Smoot'; and his brother-in-law Robert Brutcher (Lois) of Cleveland.
