He was predeceased by : his parents, Vera Buckley and William Buckley; his former life partner Kathleen Buckley of Winona; and his siblings, Dale and Patsy.
He is survived by : his wife Peggy Mullins; his sons, Bill Buckley (LaNette) of Jackson, TN and Dr. Bob Buckley (Kim) of Tupelo, MS.; his grandchildren, Trey Buckley (Samantha), Tyler Buckley (Brittany), Hayden Buckley, Houston Buckley, Jonathan, Jesse Cain, Mamie Kosko (Paul) and Parker Mullins; his great grandchildren, Bailey, Garrett, Mary Mullins Kosko, Lawson Mullins, Hanna, Will Edmiston, Samantha Gimbrone (Nick) and Max Plager (Sabrina); his sister Judy Webster (Jon); and his stepchildren, Larry Mullins (Janet) of Starkville, Pam Plager (Dan) of Tampa, FL and Trisha Edmiston of Charlotte, NC..
