He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtis Bost Reeder Barlow and Walter Leonard "Lynn" Reeder; and his grandson Wilson Reeder. He is survived by: his brother Ellis Adrian Reeder of Pontotoc; his wife Scarlett Lee "Windham" Reeder; his children, Jeff Reeder (Lee), Missy "Reeder" Sheffield (Eric) and Walter Windham Reeder Sr. (Kim); his grandchildren, Kirk Reeder (Destiny), Ross Reeder, Kyle Weaver, Wesley Weaver, Anna Reed Wood (Clayton) and Walter Windham Reeder II; and his great grandchildren, Crixus Weaver, Easton, Olivia Wood and Kaden Reeder.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a local animal shelter or a children's charity of your choice in Bill's honor.
