He is survived by: his wife Debbie Owen Spitler; his children, Dan Spitler (Tammy) of O'Fallon, Julie Vickers of Springfield, Andy Spitler (Renee) of O'Fallon, Dana Goble (Paul) of Gainesville and James Bland (Alex) of Moss Point, Mississippi; his grandchild Drs; his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Maddox, Kaeson and Evelyn; his brothers, Mike Spitler (Rita) and Jim Spitler (Jackie); and his brother-in-law Marvin Somers.
