She was predeceased by: her parents, Lizzie O'Neal and Gus O'Neal Sr.; her son Jerry Carlisle; and her siblings, Boyd O'Neal, Robert Earl O'Neal, Jack O'Neal, Gus O'Neal Jr., Russell O'Neal, Homer O'Neal, James K. O'Neal, Dorothy Murchison, Ethel Wilson, Mattie Whitehouse, Bernice Pritchard and Orene Carlisle.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Curbow (Steve); her sister Shirley Walton; her daughter-in-law Lorraine Harrison; her grandchildren, Kim Denton and Kevin Carlisle (Dawn); her stepgrandson Britt Curbow (Laura); her great grandchildren, Kirsten McComb (Anthony), Ava Denton, Parker Carlisle and Spencer Carlisle; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Victoria Walden (Patrick) and Kaytee Beth Curbow. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
