He is survived by: his wife Patricia Killingsworth; his children, Tommy Killingsworth and Christy Killingsworth; his brother Wayne Killingsworth; his grandchildren, Tommy Killingsworth, Jeffrey Killingsworth, Scott Nichols (Emily), Matthew Nichols (Kayleigh) and Erin Pevey (Bobby); and his great grandchildren, Huxley Nichols, Oakley Pevey and Ainsley Pevey. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
