With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cassandra Elizabeth Duncan of Tylertown, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 7, 2025 at the age of 66. As we bid adieu to Cassandra's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Cassandra has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Ray Mitchell and Gloria Merle Fortinberry. She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Beth Sandifer (Jacob) and Alexandria Duncan; her grandchildren, Makenzie Davis, Aubrianna Alphonse, Abigail Alphonse and Veyda Sandifer; her former husband Ronnie Duncan; and her siblings, Mac Mitchell, Greg Mitchell (Joni) and Tanya Poiroux. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
