He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin J Alford and Ruth Wyatt Alford; and his wife Peggy Brown Alford. He is survived by: his children, Alvin Alford and Jennifer Alford Copeland; his grandchildren, Kevin Copeland (Simmons) and Chase Copeland (Kayla); and his great grandchildren, Callie Brock, Elijah Copeland, Colston Copeland, Adelyn Copeland, Audrey Copeland, Cayson Copeland and Aubrey Smith.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Centerville Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Centerville Cemetery - Lexie Hwy. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at the same location.
