He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Gatchel Gibson (deceased) and Glenda LaRue Gibson; wife: Julie Gibson; son: Justin Gibson (Amanda); daughter: Jinger Gibson; brothers: Renee Gibson (Kim H), Renard Gibson (Rhonda), and Kerry Gibson (Kim W); granddaughter: (unnamed); other: Pastor Jerron Carney, Bro. Jerry Wayne Dillon, Bro. Floyd Odom, Jonathan Gibson, Tanner Tullos, Tyler Gibson, Quinton Gibson, and Kevin Bailey; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Woodlawn Church (1452 Old Hwy 98 E, Columbia, MS 39429). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
