She was predeceased by: her brother Olin McKenzie; her former husband Percy Fortenberry; her husband Levoy Easterling; her stepson John; and her daughter-in-law Sue Fortenberry.
She is survived by: her daughter Mickie Fortenberry; her grandchildren, Tiffany Rayburn-Wall (Marshall), Drew Rayburn, Damon Fortenberry and Jennifer Fortenberry (Jim); and her great grandchildren, Lillie, Jacob Wall, Sydney and Ava Fortenberry. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
