She is survived by: her mother Marquita Lyons; her children, Samuel Chase Hunter and Summer Sullivan; her sister Jessica Lyons Crane (Harley Lyons); her nephew Jacob'Hook'Crane II; and her niece Evelyn Kate Crane (Jules Rae Crane).
Jennifer gave the final gift of life through organ donation, allowing others to receive hope and healing.
