He was predeceased by: his father Conner Sullivan; and his daughter Rose Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, Jolynn Hassan, Jesse Sullivan (Krystal) and Austin Sullivan (Caitlyn); his mother Lois Allen (Edward); his siblings, Sammy Sullivan, Rusty Sullivan, Joshua Sullivan (Amanda), Joey Sullivan, Eddie Allen (Emily) and Jason Allen; and his fiancé Chantell Todd. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren.
