She was predeceased by: her parents, Cortez Elliott and Jewel Elliott; her husband Buddy Stokes; her children, Raymond Phillips and Alta Robin Stokes; and her granddaughter Dana Hayes.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Stokes of Union, Tonia Coker (Victor) of Newton, Tina Miles (Scott) of Wiggins and Aaron Stokes of Union; her grandchildren, Brian, Presli Stokes, Robin Lenox (Matthew), Nicholas and Nathaniel Coker; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Kate, Macy Brooke Hayes, Everett, Waylon Smith and Elliott "Ellie" Stokes; and her brother Gerald Elliott (Joyce) of Union.
