He is survived by : his children, Shawn Leslie (Concepcion), Cinnamon Leslie and Robin Leslie; his grandchildren, Luis Leslie, Serenna Leslie and Thomas Leslie; and his siblings, Charlotte Leslie, Debbie Leslie Gay, Hope Sloan, Robin Leslie Bell (Tony), Taylor Leslie (Pennie), Debbie Cumberland Wall (Chris) and Malinda Leslie Breedlove (David). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
