She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Ishie; her son Sammy Ishie; her parents, James F. Penny and Hilda Penny; and her siblings, F. K. Penny, Leon Penny, Herman Penny, Jack Penny and Helen Warren.

She is survived by: her children, Barron Ishie (Shelly) and Judi Clay (Bill); and her sisters, Katie Robinson and Claudine Scruggs. She is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren.
