She is survived by: her children, Melissa Barnett of Union, Georgia Smith (Billy Culpepper) of Mize, MS and Rodney Perkins; and her siblings, Willie Jewel Wadsworth, Jo Helen King, Sherry Wadsworth and Norma Jean Faulkner. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
