He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lavon Addy, Bobby Gregory and Nancy Gregory; and his uncles, Ricky Addy and Donnie Addy.
He is survived by: his parents, Mickey Addy and Jackie Addy; his sister Teresa Addy; his sibling's children, Jesse Devine and Kaylee Addy; his grandmother Juanita Addy; and his aunts and uncles, Grady Gregory (Diane), Robbie Gregory, Tony Addy (Christy), Jill Davis (Barry), Janie Gregory and Donna Gregory. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
