He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie George Ezelle and Junie Addy Ezelle; his sister Junie Ruth Ezelle; and his son Mike. He is survived by: his wife Betty Carol Banks Ezelle; his daughter Darlene Monsour (David); his granddaughters, Kristin Cowan (Charles) and Kayla Van Zandt (Spencer); his great grandchild Rosemary "Rosie" Catherine Cowan; his siblings, Ray Ezelle (Bobbie), Lynn Ezelle (Marie), Tony Ezell (Linda) and Sue Ezelle Garvin (James); and his sister-in-law Jane Boswell.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Erin Cumberland Presbyterian Church in honor of Freddie.
