He is survived by: his wife Patricia Russell; his children, Richard Russell (Cassidy) and Olivia Lloyd (Justin); his siblings, Libby Putnam, Linda Fay Holton (Micheal), Betty Ann Mayes and Gene Smith; his aunt Cindy Collins; and his cousin Renee Bozeman. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
