He was predeceased by: his father Billy Donald Cleveland. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Cleveland; his children, Kelsie Cleveland, Natalie Cleveland and Deckan John Cleveland; and his siblings, Lisa Cleveland, Angela Long, William Toby Pritchett and Billy Todd Cleveland.
