He was predeceased by: his mother Penny Michelle Ryan; his stepfather Mike Ryan; and his grandparents, Jack, Wanda Parker, Luis and Effie Arbuckle.
He is survived by: his father William "Bill" Parker; and his siblings, Michelle Jackson (Cecil) of Union, MS, Sherry Green (Scott) of Harperville, MS, Buck Parker (Jackie) of Meridian, MS and Carrie Parker of Forest, MS.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
