He was predeceased by: his wife Edna Earl Neese; his sons, Ricky Neese and Kenny Neese; his parents, William Neese and Erma Neese; and his siblings, Cecil Neese, Alton Neese, Luther Neese, Oliver Neese, Lessi Fryery, Elba Savell, Sara Eakes and Doris Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Vicky Schellbach (Charlie), Debbie Comans (Keith) and Leon Brown; his grandchildren, Jason Neese (Kayla), Miranda Bullock (Bruce), LeAnn Duncan (Greg), Chris Comans (Tasha) and Lindsey Comans (Jake); and his great grandchildren, Bryce Bullock, Payson Bullock, Logan Russell, Camden Neese, Kinsley Duncan, Corbin McKee, Brody McKee and Princeton Fortenberry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
