He is survived by : his wife Syble Perkins; his children, Stella Jenkins (Duran) of Morton, MS, Tracy Weissend (Jeremy) of Cullman, AL, Crystal England (Greg) of Georgetown, KY and William Perkins of Madison, MS; and his siblings, Marshall Perkins (Beverly), David Perkins and Betty Hubbard (Joel). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
