With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Pauline McElhenney of Union, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Perry McElhenney Jr.; her daughter Pam Loper; her parents, Howard Johnson and Betty Johnson of Neshoba; her brothers, Willie Mack Johnson, Jack Johnson and Starling Johnson; and her sister-in-law Marie Heflin Hollingsworth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Page (Ron) of Jackson and Darlene Everett (Keith) of Meridian; her grandchildren, Stewart Everett of Nashville, TN., John Everett (Caroline) of Meridian, Ryan Loper (Jessica) of Decatur and Lacy Loper Parker of Decatur; and her great grandchildren, James Everett, Baby Margaret Everett, Jasper Loper, Joy Loper and Hagan Parker. She is also survived by one sister.
