He was predeceased by: his parents, Zane Juanice and Juanice Tullos Cleveland; his nephew Jason Tullos; his sister-in-law Alice Tullos; his parents-in-law, Melvin and Alice Leach; and his brothers-in-law, Tommy Leach and Sammy Culpepper.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Jane Leach; his children, Adam Tullos (Erin) of Tupelo, MS, Tracy Tullos (Kimberly) of Vicksburg, MS and Trisha Nelligan (Ray) of Jacksonville Beach, FL.; his grandchildren, Kiersten, Landry, Karrington Tullos of Tupelo, MS, Macy, Lana Nelligan of Jacksonville Beach, FL, Kylee Tullos and Bradley Hill of Vicksburg, MS.; his siblings, Bobby (Paula), Jimmy (Patricia), Billy Tullos of Denham Springs, LA and Jean Tullos of Union, MS; his stepmother Dean Tullos; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Culpepper, Ina Faye Nelson and Douglas Leach. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union (23477 MS-15, Union, MS 39365). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
