It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Allen Winstead of Union, Mississippi, who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Lily Yuriko Winstead; his parents, Leslie Winstead and Essie Winstead; and his siblings, Bert Winstead, Murray Winstead, Max Winstead, Edna Parker, Lora Belle Tingle, Wilma Adcock and Dot Langdon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Winstead Dry (James) of Loxley, AL and Wanda Winstead Doss (Alan) of Katy, TX; his grandchildren, Tommy Agnew, Joshua Blair, Cody Dry, Dylan Dry and Jessica Agnew Hurlbert; and his sisters, Ann Walker of McKinney, TX and Beth Howington of Little Rock, MS.. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
