She was predeceased by: her husband Carlis Curtis. She is survived by: her children, Scott Curtis, Lacey Curtis Nunnally (Wave Nunnally) and Emily Curtis Mathes (Gene); and her sister Zoe Henick. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
