He is survived by : his wife Shirley Montgomery Clark; his children, Dan Clark and Lesa Fletcher (Doug); his siblings, Polly Carver (Kenny) and Carl Clark (Sue); his grandchildren, Justin McClain (Jill), Baily Fletcher, Rachel Estey (Cameron) and Kathleen Hart (Wilson); and his great grandchildren, Millie McClain, Katy Estey and Cayce Estey.
