He was predeceased by: his parents, Phileman "Moogie" Waltman and Sophie E. Ladnier Waltman; his wife Frances L. Waltman; his granddaughter Lindsey Waltman; and his siblings, Alberta Waltman, June Peabody, Nola St. Amant and Roland Waltman.
He is survived by: his sons, Ray Roberts, John Waltman, Eugene Waltman (Carla) and Lawrence Waltman; and his grandchildren, Colton Waltman, Savannah Dixon (Scott), Jay Jay Waltman (Dara), Courtnee Strickland, Clayton Waltman (Emma), Jacob Waltman (Jessica) and Blake Waltman. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, Brothers, Sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
