He was predeceased by: his father Larry Salter; his stepmother Merle Salter; and his siblings, Robin Salter, Mark Salter and Joshua Salter.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Salter; his sons, Hunter Salter and Jared Salter; his mother Betty Gagnon; his brother Timothy Salter; his stepsisters, Pamela Dilling, Meridian Bradley (Ben) and Christina Goeke (Nathen); and his pets, Chloe, June, Molly, Stella, Doc and Rooster. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
