He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Mize III and Karen Rester Mize. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Mize; his sons, Matthew Mize (Teresa), Nicholas Mize and Jonathan Mize (Hailey); his grandchildren, Lennon Mize, Elizabeth Mize, Cooper Mize and Carson Mize; and his siblings, Lee Mize (Mia), Corinna Delbridge and Miranda Mize.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the White Funeral Home (315 US-11, Poplarville, MS 39470). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
