We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2025, at the age of 68, Donna Jean Whitfield of Vancleave, Mississippi, born in Gulfport, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Rippy Sr. and Rebecca May Rippy; and her sister Helen Ann Bryant (Fred). She is survived by: her husband Larry Whitfield of Vancleave, MS; her sons, Dr. Chuck Whitfield (Marcy) of Hanahan, SC and Dr. Clint Whitfield (Elise) of Lynn Haven, FL; her brother Irvin Rippy Jr. (Barbara) of Gulfport, MS; her grandchildren, Avery Whitfield and Brady Whitfield of Lynn Haven, FL; her pets, Satchmo and Hitch Whitfield of Hanahan, SC; and her sibling's children, Natalie Whitfield Schmidt (Perry) of Long Beach, MS, Sherilyn Whitfield Oakes (Barry) of Gulfport, MS, Miolly (Charlie) of Kiln, MS and Randy Whitfield.
