He is survived by: his wife Susan Joyce Fountain; his sisters, Norma Fields (Flip) and Beverly Quave (Arthur); his children, Jason E. Fountain (Carola) and Angela N. Whiddon (Justin); his grandchildren, Eva, Thomas and Grayson; and his nieces and nephews, Todd, Larry, Kevin, Darren, Teddy, William, Jr., Brent, Frank, Keith, Kim, Deneen, Dana, Analyse, Christine, Mary, Pamela, Kelly, Christina and Anastasia.
