She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Posey, Melanie Sanderson (Harold) and Chris Mallette (Brandy); her grandchildren, Robert Sanderson (Jessica), Faith Sanderson, Amber Hamilton (Jason), Cade Posey (Samantha), Chelsea Elizabeth Mallette, Tyler Mallette, Jaden Kell (Christian), Austin Mallette (Chelsea Eura) and Jordan Rice (Kyle); and her siblings, Glenda Fay Whittington, Janet Musgrove (Clifford), Sharon Goff and Larry Shoemaker (Lydia). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home - Vancleave (4901 Jim Ramsay Rd, Vancleave, MS 39565). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at the Antioch Cemetery (10431 Antioch Rd, Vancleave, MS 39565).
