He was predeceased by: his parents, A. W. "Bud" Pryor and Flora Mae Houston Pryor; his former wife Janice T. Pryor; and his siblings, Allen Pryor and Shirley Lauchaussee.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Harrington Pryor; his children, Kimberly Anne Pryor, Karen Pryor Genard (Brian), James Patrick Pryor (Sarah), Ellen Harrington Cotten (Andy) and Jerry Harrington (Perian); his sister Barbara Johnson (Charlie); and his grandchildren, Ashley Bedsole, Brianna Havens, Addison Abernathy, Taylor Pryor, Wes Genard, Pete Cotten, Sara Anne Madaris, Victoria Harrington and Glynn Harrington. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
