She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Church; her son Jack Woods; and her parents, Margaret Joyce McCormick and Leroy Vaughn. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Woods (Alicia), Brooke Fontenelle (Larry) and Scott Church (Amy); her daughter-in-law Michelle Woods; her grandchildren, Carissa Mitchell (Thomas), Bryce Woods, Jeffrey Hurd (Sarah), Logan Fontenelle, Asher Woods, Adelyn Fontenelle and Jillian Woods; her great grandchildren, Zachary, Bradley, Jodi, Anthony and Abbigail; and her friends, Denice, Billy Fairley and Linda Gamblin.
